1. Chicken Meat – 1 kg
2. Edible Oil – 10 Tablespoons or 150 ml
3. Radhuni Roast Masala – 14 Teaspoons or 35 gm
4. Sour yoghurt - ½ Cup (250ml sized cup)
5. Onion- ½ cup (250 ml sized cup)
6. Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
Fry meat and chopped onion in the heated oil till both being light brown and keep in two different vessels. Mix sour yoghurt, Radhuni Roast Masala, sugar, fried meat and ½ cup of 250 ml sized cup water with the remaining oil. Saute for some time. Add water as required and cook. Once thick gravy is formed, remove the vessel. Garnish fried onion on cooked meat. It is now ready to eat.
No need to add salt.
