Cut meat, wash properly and remove water from it. Now take chopped onion, whole powdered spices of big packet from Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala, pure mustard oil, soya sauce, ½ cup tomato sauce, required quantity salt, 1 cup (250 ml sized cup) water and mix properly with meat in a vessel. Cover the vessel and cook it on high heat. Sauté it sometimes during cooking and if required add required quantity of water for cooking the meat. When meat gets in boiled condition and thick gravy is formed, add whole powdered spice of small packet from Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala. Cover the vessel and keep it on low flame. Meantime sauté the meat until the gravy dries up properly and meat color becomes to black color. After that 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and cubed onion spread over the meat and sauté it sometimes. Now the delicious Beef Kala Bhuna is ready to eat.
